2. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Since cosmetic products, by their nature, fall into the category of products requiring health and hygiene sensitivity, return processes are carried out in accordance with the relevant articles of the Regulation on Distance Contracts .
Return Criteria for Cosmetic Products:

Unopened Packaging: The product to be returned must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, with the protective tape or seal intact, and the product must be unused.

Hygiene Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for cosmetic products (creams, oils, serums, etc.) whose packaging, vacuum seal, or safety strip has been opened; or that have been tried on or used.

Period: The return period under the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
Damaged and Defective Products:

The package should be checked upon delivery. If the package is damaged or the product is leaking, you must have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" .

The buyer is responsible for damaged packages for which a damage report is not filed. Products documented as damaged will be replaced free of charge by us.
