2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the purchase by the BUYER of goods belonging to the SELLER. www.holisticozone.com This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically from the website (or the relevant website address).

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The product name, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, and basic characteristics consist of the information available at the time the order is finalized.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

  • 4.2. The product subject to this contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated, within the time frame specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that this period does not exceed the legal 30-day limit.

  • 4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty documents and user manuals.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Notification must be given to the SELLER via email (info@holisticozone.com) or in writing within 14 days.

  • The product must not fall under the category of "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" as stated in item 6.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Cosmetics and Personal Care Products: Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened, and which are harmful to health and safety. Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., creams, serums, oils, etc. cannot be returned after being opened) (mez).

  • Products prepared according to the BUYER's requests or personal needs.

  • Products that are perishable or likely to expire.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services or where they reside, up to the value declared by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, shall have jurisdiction.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for their order placed through the Site.
